By completing this online application you hereby make the application for membership of the SAW DOCTOR ASSOCIATION.
You accept the SDA code of conduct, the rules and regulations as established by the association committee.
You also understand that you shall pay, in full, all membership subscription invoices within 30 days of receipt. The current Company Membership fee is £245pa or £75pa for a Small Company.
*An individual saw doctor is an individual employed as a 'Saw Doctor' but not trading under their own auspices. The benefits of membership will be those accorded to a single member category as defined by the Association's executive committee. |
